Thanks to our friends at Park Pride, LaVista Park received a matching grant for construction of a new walking path from Wild Creek Trail to the pond area at the base of the park.
To help us obtain the grant, we received matching contributions totaling more than $7,000 from generous LaVista Park residents and supporters.
Please check out the improvements in our park and don’t forget our normal park work days 9 a.m. to noon the 2nd Saturday of each month from March through October.
