As a reminder, the best way for LVP to remain unincorporated (at least for the time being) is for it to be drawn out of both maps – LaVista Hills and the Atlanta annexation. If LVP ends up in a map of a proposal that gets to the referendum stage, the “no” vote would have to prevail for LVP to remain unincorporated.
Decision are likely being made over the next few days, perhaps weeks. The legislative session is short. Speak now to the elected officials listed on the link above to make your opinion known.
